Orders & Shipping

I've placed an order. Now what?

Once you've placed your order you will receive confirmation with your order number. Once your order is on the way to you, you'll receive tracking information.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer standard shipping (4-8 Business Days) on all orders. USPS 1-4 Day Priority and Express shipping via FedEx are available for an additional charge. Fed Ex can only deliver to a physical address, please do not request expedited shipping for addresses with a PO Box. This will result in a delay or returned shipment.

How long until I receive my order?

Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you.

All in-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via USPS MAIL. Direct to Garment (DTG) and other custom items usually ship in 4-5 days. Most orders are received by our customers in 7-9 days.

Making products on demand instead of in bulk means we keep our costs to you as low as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Appreciate your interest, but currently we only ship to the US and to Canada (for a shipping fee of $25 US dollars & local GST may apply).

What's your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

For all products, other than custom embroidery, you are welcome to return or exchange non-custom products at any time within 30 days. Please email us at howdy@StitchRanch.co for help. We'll need the original purchaser's name and order number. Return postage is a flat $4 to be paid by the Customer.

Due to their handcrafted nature, we are unable to accept returns for custom embroidered products, unless there's a manufacturer defect. Then we will, of course, repair or replace it for you at no cost.

If you received your item(s) as a gift you are welcome to return or exchange your item for store credit. Please email us at howdy@StitchRanch.co with the purchaser’s name and the item you would like to return. Don’t worry, you can process a gift exchange without the gift giver knowing!

How about sales tax?

Customers in certain states may be required to pay sale taxes. If that is the case, the taxes will be shown in the shopping cart for your location.

If your organization is exempt, go ahead and place the order with sales tax added.  When you get the order confirmation, send us your tax exempt certificate and we will remove the tax.  We cannot remove taxes until we have received the exempt certificate.

Products & Fit

Can I iron or dry clean my products?

For most clothing products ironing is not necessary. The shirt looks great right out of the dryer or after hanging to dry. You may iron the shirt if you choose, but only on low heat to preserve the quality of the screen printing. Any wrinkles from the washer will fall out within a few minutes of wear. We do not recommend dry cleaning for printed items!

Should I choose regular or slim fit?

Regular Fit - Cut in a relaxed fit with more room through the body of the shirt. Works best for a larger chest and/or mid-section.

Slim Fit - Works best for leaner builds. Trimmer around the chest, waist and arms. Shirt stretch still allows for full range of motion.

How do I care for my new clothing?

Wash in cold water and tumble dry on low heat. No bleach! You can also hang dry. The shirt is extremely fast drying and will dry on its own. We do not recommend Dry Cleaning as it can cause damage to your shirt.

The shirt looks great right out of the dryer or after hanging to dry. Any wrinkles from the washer will fall out within a few minutes of wear. Use a low heat iron if needed.

Custom

Can I order just one item?

We're a custom shop so we do not require a minimum order.  If you only need a few pieces, you can order just what you need. This means it's possible for teams of any size - even teams of one - to get high quality embroidered apparel for any event.

What locations are available for embroidery?

We can embroider up to two logo locations per item. The first logo location is included in the quoted price. If you add a second logo location to your embroidery order it will be an additional $10 per item.

What file format do you need my logo in?

If you have them, we prefer high-resolution JPEG, PDF, EPS, or AI files. However, we will take whatever you've got.

(NOTE: You only need to upload your image file once per order.)

Please do not send images created in Microsoft Word or Powerpoint.

Will I see a proof of my logo before production?

Yes. Unless it is an exact reorder, you always see a proof of your logo before we proceed with decoration.

We take your logo, set it up for embroidery, actually embroider it on a piece of material and then send you a digital photo of it for your approval.

However, if you are not satisfied with your proof and we are not able to fix it to your satisfaction, we will cancel your order and charge you nothing. Which really doesn't happen very often.

Creating a proof of an embroidered logo is a time consuming process. That’s why we create proofs of logos only after an actual order has been placed.

Some suppliers do not actually embroider a proof for your approval. Some only provide a screen shot of the artwork. This does not always give you an accurate representation of what your logo will look like when embroidered.

Right to use logo

If we use artwork you have supplied to embroider your product, you are warranting that you have unrestricted right and authority to use and distribute that artwork.
